Dr. Lindsay Spears DDS
I am blessed to be the dentist at Carolina Crossroads Dental Care. I am originally from Lenoir, NC and I live with my wonderful husband, Brandon, and our two beautiful children, Ella Rose and Eli Boone. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Dental Hygiene and then continued at the UNC School of Dentistry to achieve my doctorate in 2013. I am such a dental nerd. I love teeth and learning more and more about the ever-changing world of dentistry.
In my free time, you can find me in continuing education courses, involved in church activities or with my family. I am a member of Eufola Baptist Church where I sing in the choir and serve in the nursery and kids ministries. I absolutely love my church and my church family.
I was so fortunate in purchasing Dr. Ketchie's practice because I inherited the best team. Everyone is so fun, positive and cares so much for each and every patient. I am very excited to see what the future holds for us here at CCDC and I hope that includes you!

"It costs nothing to give someone a smile."
Dental Assistant II
I am happily married to Matthew Hix and have the honor of being the mother of two wonderful kids, Scout and Riley. I love my job and the office I work in. Not everybody is lucky enough to get to work with five of their best friends. In my free time, I am very active in my church and community and love to be outside. I am so fortunate to be a part of a growing practice and I look forward to all the experiences to be had with my coworkers as well as with the patients I have yet to meet!
Dental Assistant II
I have worked in the dental field for over 25 years and love my job! When I was young and had to go to the dentist, I was terrified! I was the one that would cry the whole time I was in the dental chair. After having my second child, I decided to go back to school and, surprisingly, decided on dental assisting. This helped me overcome my fear and has made me enjoy helping anxious patients get through their dental procedures. I graduated from Grayson College Dental Assisting in 1983. I love what I do and the people I have gotten to know over the years. I have been blessed to have some awesome ladies to call my coworkers and my friends. In my free time, I enjoy riding motorcycles with my husband, camping and spending time with my family and friends.
